Law School Day offers opportunities for students to talk to 86 law schools Craig Chamberlain,
Education Editor 10/10/00 CHAMPAIGN, Ill. -- Illinois college students preparing to apply to law school are invited to attend Law School Day at the University of Illinois on Oct. 16 (Monday). The event, which is free and open to the public, will take place from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Illini Union, 1401 W. Green St., in Illini Rooms A, B and C. Representatives from more than 86 law schools are expected to be on hand to talk about their law schools and about the process of finding and applying to law school. Students also will be able to pick up applications, financial-aid information and other materials at the event, which is sponsored by the Midwest Association for Pre-Law Advisers, the UI College of Liberal Arts and Sciences, and the UI Pre-Law Club.
